<p><br />  In our view, Fosun’s H1/19 results seem impressive, with strong revenue and EBITDA growth. However, much of this was driven by consolidation and acquisitions. Financial risk according to traditional corporate metrics was mixed, with improving Debt/EBITDA but worsening Net Debt/EBITDA. The leverage metric at the holdco level (Debt/Market Value of Assets) remained high. Liquidity seems sound at the consolidated level. </p>
