Technical Analysis View: The 2016 uptrend is backed by comprehensive LT momentum confirmation. The July month end close should provide further confirmation of this impulsive MT uptrend. Target 5.20/5.40 in 3-6 months.Price Action: The impulsive  uptrend of 2016 has accelerated in July and appears set to close the month above the upper monthly Bollinger band for the 1st time since 2010. This will confirm a sustainable multi-month uptrend.Momentum: Momentum bias is comprehensively positive across ST to LT time frames. The monthly RSI (see chart) has broken above its LT downtrend in 2016, highlighting the most positive LT momentum shift since 2008.
