Kirin has raised the Tender Offer Price for FANCL from ¥2,690 to ¥2,800. The new price is lower than the market price of a week ago, but higher than the price today and yesterday.
And given what has happened to the rest of the market, may represent enough of a switching opportunity to let those who still object in principle to re-allocate elsewhere.
