Risk-on equity rallies unfolding outside of the suppressed US. Expect to break higher out of flat US congestion with EM’s and Europe leading. Stocks did not crack under the Comey/retail sales news and may be an underlying positive.Internals drifting lower as we trade sideways with leadership faltering. Internal chart lows in March/April viewed as turning points. Below VIX 9.30 support, targets the lower 8 region.Treasury yields backed off from 2.405%, sinking back to re test 2.32% yield support. Banks floundering. We still like risk and the USD/JPY post congestion. Compelling S&amp;P intraday chart on page 6 is bullish barring a break below 2,375.Europe – DAX 12,507 and MIB 21k longs with Italy performing (see May 11 update). Add support met in the Eurostoxx 50 and DAX.FX – Euro 1.1005 short squared at 1.09. SGD weakness amid KRW and BRL strength. GBP 1.30 top zone.Stronger China action above 10,420/510 is bullish and will give commodities some relief into the summer.EEM 38.80 long, target at 42 and outperforming. Trend resistance lies at 42 and a probable MT cap in June, implying a June USD low versus EM FX. Bullish Brazil call panning out.Long Japan – Long Nikkei and the banks. USD/JPY 113.20 and 112.90 support in this pullback.Asia shorts – SET 50 short (-5%). Taiwan pair short at 9,750. Short RIO from 61. Short Banpu from 19.40.
