20 September 2016 - Dan Form Holdings (SEHK:271) requested for a trading halt pending the release of an announcement pursuant to the Hong Kong code on Takeovers and Mergers.22 September 2016 - Dan Form and Tian An (SEHK:28) jointly announce a Sale and Purchase Agreement, pursuant to which Tian An conditionally agreed to acquire approximately 36.45% Dan Form Shares, for a total Consideration of HK$1,245,455,664.75, equivalent to HKD 2.75 per Sale Share from Dai Xiaoming (the Controlling shareholder). Once this is completed, Tian An will launch a conditional mandatory offer at HKD 2.75 for the rest of Dan Form Shares.
