<p>The major determinant for a successful delisting of Dalian Wanda is the perception of the deal from major shareholders and their resulting vote.  With only 65.2m shares being able to block this could very easily fall over.  This is even more apparent when you consider that two of the largest shareholders (with a combined 67m shares) were buyers of Dalian Wanda last year at levels well above the HK$52.80 offer price.</p>
