Cikarang Listrindo's (CL) FY 2018 results were acceptable. Growth was muted, with increased spare capacity. That said, we continued to like the stable, cash-flow-generative and profitable utility business, as well as the favourable tariff structure (FX and fuel cost pass-through). CL is the sole electricity supplier to a diversified base of tenants (over 2,000) in five industrial estates. The company has a robust balance sheet and sound financial risk profile. For FY 2019, we again foresee a stable performance with flat revenue and profit, and no change in debt. Thus, we expect the financial risk profile to remain unchanged.
