<p>Following the revelation of huge losses at its American LNG projects (Cameron and Freeport), Chiyoda has seen its share price languish, trading within the ¥250-400 band, compared to levels above ¥1,000 in early 2018. Now that these problem projects are coming to a close and uncertainty surrounding partner McDermott’s own finances is reduced, we believe it is time to start looking for the upside catalysts.</p>
