<li>China continued to see a generally stable housing market in May with the China Index Academy data from 100 cities showing  that house prices rose on both an MoM and YoY basis for the second straight month in May.</li>
<li>The property sector is starting to show more activity as sales recover. Across China, the total number of home sales in the 30 surveyed cities saw a 19.8% mom increased in May.This is likely to speed up consolidation favouring larger developers, which can access eased real finance, and squeezing smaller developers in economically weaker regions.</li>
