<p>The U.S. and China seem to have resumed trade talks with a phone call between Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Chinese Vice Premier Liu He on Tuesday BJ time.  Chinese officials are said to be considering making changes to the Made in China 2025 plan, a state-led industrial policy aimed at enabling Chinese companies to dominate several industries such as artificial intelligence, robotics, electric vehicles and autonomous driving.  </p>
