Denial is easy; acceptance hard.  But even OPEC itself, on the cusp of its latest meeting in Vienna, is finally acknowledging the seismic shift that the US's shale revolution is producing. Vienna, once the oil market's centre of gravity along with Riyadh, is, as a result, increasingly a side-show compared to developments in the shale formations of the US. </p>
