<ul><li>Channel Infrastructure's (CHI) first full year result as an import terminal was strong and came in at the top of its guidance range, albeit slightly below our more optimistic forecast.</li><li>The positive surprise from the result was a 1.5cps special dividend. FY24 should see good growth from additional throughput as jet volumes continue to recover post-COVID, a full year of private storage, and PPI price escalators.</li><li>Near-term upside from providing additional storage services to meet Government security of supply goals remains, as does a small overhang post the Mobil sell down pre-Christmas 2023. </li></ul>
