<p><br />  CAR Inc’s H1/19 results appeared strong, with growth in both revenue and earnings. The new fleet capacity added in 2018 seems to be gaining traction, generating more cash flows in 2019. FCF turned positive as capex was tapered. The financial risk profile improved slightly on the back of stable debt and higher earnings. Liquidity remains weak, with high short-term debt and ongoing capex. However, operating stats continued to deteriorate. ?The declines in ADRR, utilisation and RevPAC persisted, albeit at a slower pace compared to Q4 and FY 2018. </p>
