<p>In July, Tesla signed an agreement with Shanghai authorities that will allow it to build a plant in the city with an annual capacity of 500,000 cars of Model 3 and Model Y. The new plant is named as Gigafactory 3 and is expected to deliver first cars by the end of 2020.  It is well known that China governments' subsidy on NEV will expire after 2020. Without protection from local government and import barrier, would BYD be able to keep its No.1 market share position unchanged in NEV market?</p>
