<ul><li>The Baltic Dry Index (BDI)* settled at around ~1,354.00 points (USD) on December 2nd, 2024 versus ~1,947.00 points (USD) in the beginning of September 2024, which was the release date of our previous blog.</li><li>During the year 2024, the BDI has been trading within the broader range of 1,200 – 2,500 with continuous notable swings along a relative downward trend line.</li><li>In the same period, and so far in the year, the Index has recorded a low on January 17th at 1,306 and a high on March 13th at 2,412.</li></ul>
