Dual yield low at 1.13% makes for a solid rally platform for yield to test and clear 1.37% with 1.50% the tougher intermediate barrier to clear but will see an initial rejection. Above 1.50% would be a bigger driver for financials and insurance stocks to perform.US banks (XLF) outlined as a fresh buy theme as well as banks in Europe which bottomed at our 86 target and front running a Bund yield rally.ASX banks and Singapore are our rising yield plays.One must factor in the more volatile late August and September period into a trade plan.
