The higher the value of the assets it manages, the higher its management fees.But the growth of its AUM has been declining.What is more, it is acquiring more shares in Suntec REIT, which it manages, to align its interest with unit holders of the REIT, and possibly to guard against the possibility of it being removed as the manager of the REIT.
