In our view, Anton’s H1/21 results were in line with our expectations (following the release of operational stats in July), but were weaker than our original projections in March following the FY 2020 results. The company's financial risk profile was stable, while liquidity remained weak. The key risk remains the refinancing of the remaining amount for the USD 7.5 2022 Notes. We believe that the company should be able to refinance the Notes. Anton has USD 150 mn in cash proceeds from the issuance of the USD 2025 Notes, and should be able to tap the 2025 Notes for more cash if required.
