<p>Viz Branz Holdings plans to raise up to US$150m, mostly to help repay part of its outstanding loan to Maybank, who is also one of the book runners.</p><p>Nothing much seems to have changed in the company's operations since it was taken private in 2013. During that time Myanmar operations seem to have undergone some restructuring, not necessarily for the better. While the initial delisting entity, owned by the founder, has been repaid the full delisting market cap. </p><p>In this insight, we will dig into the issues raised above, as well as comment on the company's financial performance and deal valuations. We will also run the deal through our framework.</p>
