The Scheme Booklet for the Bardoc Gold - St Barbara Deal was published today. The Scheme Meeting will be held virtually at 1:00pm (Perth time) 30th March 2022.
The Independent Expert has concluded that, in the absence of a Superior Proposal, the Scheme is fair and reasonable and therefore in the best interests of Bardoc Scheme Shareholders.

<li>There could be 2 changes to the ASX100 and ASX200 prior to the March rebalance due to the acquisitions of <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/ausnet-services" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:10293:1" rel="noopener">Ausnet Services (AST AU)</a> and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/sydney-airport" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:19063:1" rel="noopener">Sydney Airport (SYD AU)</a>. </li>
<li>There will also be the large <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/bhp-group-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:147:1" rel="noopener">BHP Group (BHP AU)</a> upweight and funding trade following unification, and possibly the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/afterpay-limited" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:26940:1" rel="noopener">Afterpay Touch (APT AU)</a> acquisition by <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/square-inc" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:23755:1" rel="noopener">Square Inc (SQ US)</a>. </li>
<li>Then there will be more changes to the ASX200 and ASX300 at the March rebalance. There could be a lot of new listings included in the ASX300.</li>

There could be 2 changes to the ASX100 and ASX200 prior to the March rebalance due to the acquisitions of Ausnet Services (AST AU) and Sydney Airport (SYD AU). 
There will also be the large BHP Group (BHP AU) upweight and funding trade following unification, and possibly the Afterpay Touch (APT AU) acquisition by Square Inc (SQ US). 
Then there will be more changes to the ASX200 and ASX300 at the March rebalance. There could be a lot of new listings included in the ASX300.

<li>Australian gold-mining companies <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/bardoc-gold-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:4833:1" rel="noopener">Bardoc Gold (BDC AU)</a> and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/st-barbara-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:3764:1" rel="noopener">St Barbara Ltd (SBM AU)</a> signed a Scheme Implementation Deed according to which SBM will acquire 100% of BDC. </li>
<li>This will be an all-scrip Deal where BDC shareholders will receive 0.3604 new shares of SBM per BDC share. </li>
<li>Below is a look at the details of this Transaction and the likelihood of Deal Completion.</li>

Australian gold-mining companies Bardoc Gold (BDC AU) and St Barbara Ltd (SBM AU) signed a Scheme Implementation Deed according to which SBM will acquire 100% of BDC. 
This will be an all-scrip Deal where BDC shareholders will receive 0.3604 new shares of SBM per BDC share.
