<ul><li>Takamiya (hereafter, the Company) announced its FY24/3 full-year earnings results on Friday, May 10, 2024 after the market closed.</li><li>Sales, operating profit, and net profit were below its initial estimates, except for ordinary profit.</li><li>However, a significant increase in profits were achieved thanks to the strong performance of its high-margin rental business.</li></ul>

Takamiya (hereafter, the Company) announced its FY24/3 full-year earnings results on Friday, May 10, 2024 after the market closed.Sales, operating profit, and net profit were below its initial estimates, except for ordinary profit.However, a significant increase in profits were achieved thanks to the strong performance of its high-margin rental business.

<ul><li>Takamiya announced its 3Q FY24/3 consolidated sales of ¥32,183 mn (+4.9% YoY), operating profit of ¥2,405 mn (+49.7% YoY), ordinary profit of ¥2,526 mn (+46.5% YoY), and profit attributable to owners of parent (hereafter, net profit) of ¥1,727 mn (+46.9% YoY).</li><li>All the segments, sales business, rental business and overseas business, posted an increase in operating profit YoY.</li><li>Especially, rental business became a driving force of the expansion of the whole business. </li></ul>

FY23/3 full-year results were announced in the last month.
In its consolidated earnings, Operating profit rose 33.9%, ¥2,253 mn, on a 5.3% rise in sales, to ¥41,894 mn. Ordinary profit was up 22.9%, to ¥2,400 mn, and net profit rose 51.3%, to ¥1,460mn.
Compared to the company’s forecast at the time of the 3Q results announcement, net sales fell short by about 7%, but operating profit and net profit were in line.
