<li>Australia and Taiwan have been top long picks with Korea the underdog to eventually clear the 400 barrier. H shares on the back burner. KLSE meeting our rally turn target.</li>
<li>Asia top short picks are are HSI and Japan's Nikkei. Nifty re short zone near key resistance after meeting our 16,500 bounce target. STI a short into near term strength.</li>
<li>January allows for a pullback sequence that sets up fresh buy levels in Asia for a push into February/March.</li>

Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co, Ltd. (601958 CH) and Toho Titanium (5727 JP) will be deleted from the index at the same time. There will be capping and funding changes too.
There is a large impact on the adds, deletes and some other stocks. There was a recent stock placement on AVZ, while LTR is an inclusion in the ASX200.


MVIS Global Rare Earth/Strategic Metals Index Rebalance: Some Big Impact Changes

All changes were expected.</li>

<li>The BHP Board has decided to proceed with the Unification due to the advantages of simplification, strategic flexibility, elimination of DLC dividend arrangement, and elimination of share price differentials. </li>
<li>Since announcement of the Unification, the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/bhp-billiton-plc-adr" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:14531:1" rel="noopener">BHP Billiton Plc (ADR) (BBL US)</a> discount to <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/bhp-billiton-ltd-adr" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:5424:1" rel="noopener">BHP Billiton (ADR) (BHP US)</a> has narrowed from 16.6% to 1.4% and will reach parity soon.</li>
