QSR owns the franchise for KFC and Pizza Hut for Malaysia and Singapore, among other countries. It has been reporting steady revenue growth over the past few years, however, that seems to be driven mostly by its KFC Malaysia franchise. None of the other brands/geographies is doing much.
SSSG has been negative and isn't showing signs of a sustainable turnaround. The company has had to make shortfall payments in the past and might have to do so again if things don't turn around.
