<p>PT Prodia Widyahusada plans to raise about US$113 – US$144 million from its IPO through selling 187.5m primary shares and 46.9m secondary shares through a private placement.</p><p>In this insight, we will look into the company's track record growth in terms of revenue, store counts, operational data, its use of proceeds and related party transactions. We will also run the deal terms through our ECM framework.</p>
