NOL spent some time in the latest presentation deck highlighting the sale price at the S$1.3 level is at a strong 50% type premium to their measure of share price before announcement. This may be laying it on a little thick! Perhaps what Temasek seeks is to convince itself and shareholders this is a good deal despite selling below book. And most likely it is a good deal. It is a best of a bad situation deal.
