A little past 8:30pm this evening China Hi-Tech Holding and Jingwei Textile (350 HK) released a <a href="http://www.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/SEHK/2015/1123/LTN20151123747.pdf" target="_blank">Joint Announcement</a> saying that as of 4pm today on the First Closing Date, the Offer had received 135.59mm shares representing 74.997% of the issued H Shares.<h2>MAIN POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>The Offeror has waived the Minimum Condition, as expected, because acceptances cleared 50%. </li>
<li>The boards of the Offeror and Jingwei have announced All Conditions have been Satisfied/Waived, </li>
