Innoventive Industries Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'The undersigned is writing to your office, as the Liquidator of Innoventive Industries Limited (IIL), currently under liquidation. On 08 December 2017, the HonÂ’ble Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench) ordered the commencement of liquidation of IIL and appointed the undersigned as the Liquidator of IIL with effect from 8 December 2017. Now in terms the provisions of the IBC and IBBI (Liquidation process) 2016, made thereunder, we are publishing the public announcement under Regulation 12 of (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016, requesting prospective bidders towards purchase of the asset (s), are invited under the process of E-Auction of the corporate Debtor'.

Innoventive Industries Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Sub: Availing extension of one month in publishing September 2017 quarter financial results due to applicability of Ind-ASPursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the financial results are required to be submitted to the Stock Exchanges within 45 days from the end of each quarter.However, in order to facility smooth transition during the first year of Ind Â– AS implementation the Securities and Exchange Board of India Vide its Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July 2016 has provided relaxation of one month in the timeline for submitting the financial results for the first two quarters, so accordingly we would like to avail the extension for the second quarter as well.'.
