Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited (HINDDORROL) w.e.f. October 17, 2019 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd. manufactures pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and other solid-liquid separation equipment.  The Company also constructs metals processing and fertilizer plants and pulp mills.  Hindustan Dorr-Oliver provides water management and effluent treatment for refineries.

Delisting

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on June 06,2019 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/Corporate Announcements).
