Hinduja Foundries Limited has informed the Exchange that integrated Enterprises ( India) Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company has de-merged its Registry undertaking into a separate Company in name of Integrated Registry Management Services Private Ltd with the approval of SEBI, with no change in ownership or management or operational team, Henceforth, the Company's share transfer registry services will be managed by integrated Registry Management Services Private Ltd.
