Despite recent share price correction since August, we believe Fuyao's valuation is still not attractive enough, compared to potential negative impacts from higher electricity cost and products delivery delay.We may see the above negative impacts on Fuyao's earnings and profitability in 3Q2021 results at the earliest. This would lead to downward revision of market consensus and probably valuation. Currently, Fuyao (3606.HK) trades at 17x P/E on 2022E Bloomberg consensus, which is fair compared to 6-year average of 15x. Bloomberg consensus indicates 37.8% CAGR of EPS growth during 2020-2022E.We suggest waiting for a better entry level.
