<p>We had previously suggested that Fujitsu General might significantly beat earnings given past seasonality trends. It actually missed with OP of ¥18.4bn undershooting guidance of ¥19bn. However, that is due to a ¥3.6bn impact from volume shortfalls that appear to have been caused by semiconductor shortages and supply constraints for container shipping. We believe the recent weakness in the stock could thus be an opportunity.</p>
