DW Catalyst Fund Limited is a closed-end collective investment scheme incorporated in Guernsey. The Fund invests all of its assets in the shares of the DW Catalyst Offshore Fund ("DWCOF"). DWCOF seeks to generate high absolute returns through trading and investing in financial assets in the corporate credit, mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities markets.
