Our process begins by organizing the universe of actively traded stocks into discrete sectors, then into industry groups. We then apply our technical and quantitative tools to identify developing price trends. Once attractive trends are identified within a selected sector or group, we screen for individual stocks which we believe offer the best risk/reward profile. We provide a historical perspective that often reveals, through our long-term charts, how price patterns often repeat themselves over time.

Technical Analysis

We are seeing a majority of energy-related equities stage bullish price and RS reversals, emerging from bullish bases and breaking to multi-month highs.In this report we focus on bullish opportunities in E&amp;P companies.  We will continue to monitor the service related names for signs of similar price action.Highlighted and actionable charts: TOT, RDS.A, BP, PBR, EOG, OXY, APC, MRO, MUR, IMO, ECA, CXO, CLR, COG, XEC, PDCE, SRCI and SM.

There is still plenty to like about this market, including areas we have shied away from for most of the year, such as energy and retailers.  This report highlights investment opportunities within the energy sector.
