The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) released today the key China data for June, related to property sales and investments by developers at a national level, showing a further deceleration in new home (residential gross floor area for "commercial residential" property) sales volume growth on a 12-month rolling measure and a slight pickup on a 3-month and YTD y/y basis. Residential investment is slowing but still strong and residential new starts accelerated, the overall land acquisition growth picked up.
