Today's NBS house price data for October continues to show the further deceleration of the house price growth across 70 major cities but with a slightly stronger growth than we forecast, decelerating from +6.3% y/y in September to +5.4% (+6.5% to +5.7% non-weighted) in October. The m/m growth rate picked up from +0.2% in September to +0.3% in October.
