Lucror Analytics is a leading credit and ESG research specialist and a provider of technology solutions for differentiated fixed income strategies. Credit

In our opinion, COG’s FY 2018 results were mixed. Revenue growth was decent (+23%), supported by higher volumes. That said, margins weakened slightly, owing to slower cost pass-through from the core natural gas sale and distribution business. Margins in the upstream oil and gas exploration business were also lower, since oil prices remained volatile. Leverage metrics weakened slightly, as debt growth outpaced earnings growth.
