Baptista Research is an independent financial research house focused on the U.S. markets. We provide equity research as well as credit research reports on the top-listed U.S. companies with most of our focus on technology, consumer goods and services, automobiles, industrials, oil and gas, pharma, and healthcare. Our research has served more than 3000 institutional investors including mutual funds, hedge funds, banks, family offices, and various buy-side firms. We operate a research subscription service where institutions, as well as retail investors, can have priority access to all our research. We also have a wide distribution of our research reports across some of the top global financial platforms. Apart from equity research and credit research, we also provide advisory services with respect to mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity/ venture capital fundraising, valuation reports, and investment management services for corporates.
Baptista Research is owned and managed by Ishan Majumdar, an ex-Venture Capitalist/ Investment Banker, a Chartered Accountant, and a Masters’ degree holder in Management from HEC Paris. Ishan has nearly a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), Venture Capital Investing, Corporate Strategy, and Valuation in front-office roles at the likes of BNP Paribas CIB, Credit Agricole CIB, Groupe Danone, and TIW Private Equity. He has worked on and closed multiple acquisition deals, leveraged buyouts, and start-up investment transactions.

<ul><li>Boeing delivered yet another highly disappointing set of results as it failed to meet the market expectations with respect to revenues as well as earnings.</li><li>Despite the challenge created by the supply chain market problems, Boeing’s management believes that their performance was not too bad.</li><li>The revenue increased by 4% in the third quarter, and besides that, the company delivered 9 airplanes in the quarter and has 115 airplanes in inventory.</li></ul>

Raytheon Technologies Corporation operates as an aircraft manufacturing company. MTU Aero Engines AG develops and manufactures engines and offers commercial engine services and support.  The Company sells to manufacturers and operators of engines and industrial gas turbines across the world.

BAE Systems plc develops, delivers, and supports advanced defense and aerospace systems.  The Group manufactures military aircraft, surface ships, submarines, radar, avionics, communications, electronics, and guided weapon systems.  BAE Systems services clients located throughout the world.

Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC manufactures aero, marine and industrial gas turbines for civil and military aircraft. The Group designs, constructs and installs power generation systems, transmission and distribution systems, and equipment for the marine propulsion, oil and gas pumping, and defense markets.

The Boeing Company, together with its subsidiaries, develops, produces, and markets commercial jet aircraft, as well as provides related support services to the commercial airline industry worldwide.  The Company also researches, develops, produces, modifies, and supports information, space, and defense systems, including military aircraft, helicopters and space and missile systems.
