CDB Financial Leasing &nbsp;(CDBFL) plans to raise up to US$1bn through its HK IPO in 1H16. CDBFL could be one of the first among a few large leasing firms looking to list this year, BOC Aviation recently filed its prospectus and Minsheng Financial Leasing is rumored to be looking at doing an IPO as well.&nbsp;In this insight take a look at some of the factors that could impact the deal. Our focus is on what we call “Asian bank research, without the noise.” We are interested in the most critical swing-factors for banks, the NPL and credit cycle, and where we believe there is a gap between perception and reality.
