Ayala Land recently unveiled its 2020 target of achieving PHP40bn of net income by 2020 vs PHP11.8bn in 2013 (implying ~20% CAGR), along with increasing it's share of recurring income to 50%. The company will require substantial investment for both land banking and building up its commercial portfolio to achieve this. &nbsp;Given the strong track record and high index weightage, we would take the deal.&nbsp;The deal also scores well on our Momentum-Adjusted Deal Stag Framework for its track record and price momentum.&nbsp;
