Local institutions have been buyers on LG Energy Solution (373220 KS) since listing while retail and foreign investors have been sellers. There is a biggish lock up expiry coming up.


KOSPI200 Index Rebalance (March): LG Energy IN; Dongwon F&B Out

<li>KT will spin off the cloud and internet data center (IDC) business to set up subsidiary tentatively named KT Cloud starting 1 April.</li>
<li>KT's valuations remain attractive and the spin-off of KT Cloud Business is also likely to aid on the continued outperformance of KT shares in the coming months. </li>

KT will spin off the cloud and internet data center (IDC) business to set up subsidiary tentatively named KT Cloud starting 1 April.

<li>The block sale price range is from 79,800 won to 82,400 won per share, which are 5.2% to 8.2% discount to the closing price of LG Corp today.</li>
<li>We would take the deal and we continue to have a positive view of LG Corp. </li>
