PropertyGuru plans to raise up to around US$260m via a mix of selling primary and secondary CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) in Australia. 
The company needs no introduction to anyone residing in property-crazed Singapore as most adults living in private residential units would have used it multiple times, if not to buy or rent then to pry on what their neighbours are paying/asking for in terms of rent/selling price!
The company is the clear market leader in Singapore, as demonstrated by its ability to pass on price increases, however, its operations outside of Singapore seem to have been driven by acquisitions and apart from Vietnam, they aren't performing nearly as well as in the little red dot.
