<li>That's around a 64% premium. Farquhar holds a <a href="https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/apiman-gateway/ASX/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-02544798-2A1386679?access_token=83ff96335c2d45a094df02a206a39ff4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">19.9% stake</a>. </li>
<li>Farquhar, along with Atlassian co-founder Mike Cannon-Brookes, backed Genex capital raising in March last year.</li>
